Part II of my little essay on “Penetrating the World of Spirit” is now up on Witches and Pagans. It gives some exercises anyone can try that will enable (most) to see the densest of the energy bodies around not only ourselves, but everything else. This is important not only for its own sake but also for enabling us to actually see that we are connected with everything else (my nose is never entirely divorced from your fist, so to speak) and for how it can open us to learning important healing modalities if we choose to pursue that path.
